Role Overview

This role drives delivery excellence and large-scale business transformation for Granary, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with speed, discipline, and measurable impact. The leader will partner closely with Reliance Retail stakeholders to improve operational performance, strengthen omnichannel and supply chain outcomes, and turn business priorities into scalable execution across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across Granary and related business platforms
  • Partner with Reliance Retail leaders and internal stakeholders to define priorities, align on outcomes, and drive execution
  • Establish governance, program cadences, and performance tracking to ensure milestones, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, removing delivery blockers, and improving execution predictability
  • Translate business strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable KPIs
  • Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and supply chain teams to enable seamless implementation of initiatives
  • Ensure measurable business outcomes across retail, inventory, omnichannel, and supply chain domains
  • Lead change management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting to support alignment and adoption

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in delivery, transformation, product, or program leadership
  • Proven experience driving large-scale business initiatives in retail or consumer-facing environments
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-platform execution with operational discipline

Preferred

  • MBA from a recognized institution
  • Experience working with large retail organizations or enterprise transformation programs
  • Exposure to omnichannel, supply chain, or inventory management systems
  • Experience leading Agile or hybrid delivery teams
  • Familiarity with Reliance Retail or similar high-scale retail ecosystems
