Role Overview
Drive the successful delivery of technical product solutions for Commerce Global by translating business needs into scalable implementation plans and coordinating execution across cross-functional teams. This role ensures products are launched on time, meet quality expectations, and create measurable business impact through effective collaboration, problem-solving, and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and delivery milestones.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical delivery plans, ensuring alignment with product strategy and program objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of product implementations, from planning and integration through testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively escalate or resolve blockers to maintain delivery progress.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution design, feasibility, and readiness for deployment.
- Support product release management by ensuring documentation, testing, and stakeholder communication are completed effectively.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, efficiency, and product quality.
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional coordination, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product delivery, technical solutions, or project coordination
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into implementation plans
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and delivery best practices
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Experience in commerce, fintech, or digital platform environments
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies
- Exposure to global stakeholder management or international delivery programs
