Role Overview
The Agentic Delivery Manager will drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of AI-focused delivery initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered on time and aligned to business goals. This role bridges technical teams and stakeholders, combining strong delivery discipline with clear communication to keep complex AI projects on track from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and dependencies are effectively managed
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align execution with project objectives
- Track project progress, identify risks and blockers early, and drive timely issue resolution
- Facilitate status meetings, delivery reviews, and stakeholder updates with clear and concise communication
- Support project planning activities including milestones, resource coordination, and delivery roadmaps
- Ensure delivery processes, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with technical teams to understand AI solution requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans
- Continuously improve delivery practices to enhance efficiency, predictability, and execution quality
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or program coordination
- Experience working on technical or AI-related projects
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven product delivery
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum or other modern delivery frameworks
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
- Experience working in a technology company or fast-paced product environment
