Role Overview

Lead the end-to-end delivery of agentic and digital transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. This role drives operational excellence by bridging manufacturing processes, MES/ERP environments, and cross-functional execution to improve plant performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Own program and delivery execution for manufacturing-focused client engagements, ensuring timely milestones, high quality, and clear governance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery plans, prioritization, and execution roadmaps.
  • Coordinate across engineering, operations, and client teams to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Ensure effective implementation and adoption of MES, ERP, and related manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, project health, and operational performance; provide regular status reporting to leadership and clients.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance delivery efficiency, predictability, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead team coordination and resource planning to support smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging manufacturing domain expertise to support decision-making and solution alignment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing domain delivery or operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of MES and ERP environments
  • Experience managing end-to-end project or program delivery
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations

Preferred

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with digital transformation or agentic technology initiatives
  • Exposure to manufacturing analytics, process automation, or plant optimization
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across production, IT, and operations
