Role Overview
The ERP Solution Architect will lead the design, deployment, and integration of Fynd ERP with enterprise SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments across the UK region. This role is critical in shaping scalable, AI-first ERP solutions that improve commerce, supply chain, and operational efficiency while ensuring seamless data migration, system integration, and customer success. The architect will serve as a trusted technical leader, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Fynd ERP implementations across the UK region, ensuring alignment with customer business and technical requirements.
- Lead integration design and delivery between Fynd ERP and enterprise systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Drive hands-on implementation of ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and technical validation.
- Define and oversee solution design for commerce, supply chain, and core ERP processes to ensure scalability and performance.
- Lead data migration planning and execution, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover support.
- Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, product stakeholders, and engineering to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Apply AI-first methodologies to improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency within ERP workflows.
- Provide architectural governance, best practices, and technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture, implementation, or integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Proven experience leading ERP deployment and integration projects
- Strong understanding of commerce, supply chain, and enterprise operations
- Experience working with UK-based clients or UK region implementations
Preferred
- Experience with Fynd ERP or similar modern ERP platforms
- Prior role as a SAP Solution Architect or D365 Solution Architect
- Exposure to AI-first or intelligent automation initiatives in ERP
- Experience managing complex data migration programs
- Experience in leading enterprise transformations across multiple business units
