Role Overview
Own the WMS product roadmap to improve warehouse efficiency, fulfilment performance, and operational scalability across a complex logistics environment. This role drives cross-functional execution with engineering, platform architecture, and business teams to deliver high-impact product capabilities, strengthen API and microservices-based integrations, and accelerate AI-enabled workflow improvements. The Product Growth Manager will shape strategic outcomes, mentor junior PGMs, and ensure product decisions are grounded in data, customer needs, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously evolve the Warehouse Management System product roadmap aligned to business priorities and operational goals.
- Partner with engineering, platform architects, operations, and business stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver high-value product initiatives.
- Translate warehouse and fulfilment challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and execution plans.
- Use data analysis, SQL, and fulfilment metrics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and guide product decisions.
- Drive API design, system integration, and microservices-related requirements in collaboration with technical teams.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery, resolve dependencies, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Champion AI adoption and workflow automation opportunities to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior Product Growth Managers and contribute to building strong product management practices within the team.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Proven experience owning and delivering product roadmaps
- Strong background working with warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment operations
- Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and business outcomes
Preferred
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Experience in a technology or logistics company operating at scale
- Exposure to API-first platforms and microservices-based systems
- Experience with AI-enabled process improvement or automation initiatives
- Prior experience mentoring junior product managers
