Role Overview

Drive product growth for the Commerce Global division by shaping and executing strategies that expand adoption, revenue, and market share across manufacturing and ERP segments. This role will define the revenue architecture for key product lines, translate market insights into growth plans, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced global technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for product offerings within the manufacturing and ERP space.
  • Define and optimize revenue architecture, including pricing, packaging, monetization, and upsell pathways.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
  • Partner with product, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to align growth initiatives and execution.
  • Use data analysis and performance metrics to track product growth, conversion, retention, and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to launch new initiatives, improve go-to-market effectiveness, and accelerate adoption.
  • Translate customer and industry insights into product and commercial recommendations for the global commerce business.
  • Support executive reporting and business reviews with clear recommendations, forecasts, and action plans.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in product growth, product management, or business strategy
  • Experience working with manufacturing and/or ERP products or solutions
  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
  • Experience in a global technology company or multi-market environment
  • Exposure to revenue modeling, pricing, or monetization strategy
  • Experience partnering with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Understanding of commerce, enterprise software, or SaaS business models
