Role Overview

Lead acts as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Business Officer, translating business priorities into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable outcomes. This role enables faster decision-making, stronger cross-functional alignment, and improved operational excellence across Growth, helping the organization scale effectively in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Business Officer to define strategic priorities, operating rhythms, and key business goals
  • Lead strategic planning, annual planning, and business review processes across the Growth function
  • Drive execution of high-priority initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and removing blockers
  • Prepare executive-level analysis, insights, and decision support materials for critical business decisions
  • Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions
  • Facilitate stakeholder management and ensure alignment across leadership, functions, and key partners
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategy and business planning
  • Improve operational processes and execution discipline to enhance organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business planning, or a similar role
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives
  • Strong track record in driving cross-functional initiatives and business execution
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions

Preferred

  • MBA from a reputed institution
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
  • Background in Growth, Strategy, Chief of Staff, or Business Operations roles
  • Experience leading business reviews, OKRs, or performance management cadences
  • Exposure to market analysis, scaling operations, or organizational transformation
