Role Overview
As a FullStack Developer | SDE - 1 | Global, you will build and enhance scalable, high-quality web experiences that power commerce and storefront solutions for global users. Your work will directly impact product performance, usability, and business growth by delivering reliable end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies and best engineering practices.
- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, ensuring strong UI/UX quality.
- Design and integrate APIs and backend services to support commerce and storefront workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while participating in code reviews and design discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
- Follow Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery commitments.
- Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to improve product and team outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend/backend web development
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience building and consuming APIs in production environments
- Proficiency in Java or a similar backend programming language
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including performance, security, and browser behavior
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams
Preferred
- Experience developing commerce, storefront, or customer-facing digital experiences
- Exposure to scalable, distributed, or cloud-based application architectures
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation
- Exposure to global products or multi-region web applications
