About Fynd
Fynd is a frontier technology company. We started at the intersection of technology and retail because that is where technology was the least available. Over the years, we became one of India’s largest retail technology platforms. But retail was the entry point, not the boundary.
Today, Fynd builds intelligent software that runs business operations. Not tools that help people work faster, but systems that absorb entire functions: manufacturing, marketing, logistics, commerce, quality control. We sit inside our customers’ businesses, harvest deep domain context, and build AI systems that operate autonomously. We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.
Role Overview
Drive the company’s fabric sourcing and export growth by independently identifying, developing, and managing high-quality fabric suppliers across categories while ensuring commercial competitiveness, supply reliability, and product quality. The role will also own export sales efforts in international markets, building strong buyer relationships and contributing directly to revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term supply chain resilience.

- Source, develop, and manage fabric suppliers across multiple categories to meet business, quality, cost, and lead-time requirements.
- Identify new raw material and fabric sources through market intelligence, vendor mapping, and relationship building.
- Lead export sales activities by prospecting international buyers, managing enquiries, and closing deals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, capacity, and commercial agreements with suppliers and buyers to achieve margin and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing plans with product development, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing and sales decisions.
- Ensure quality assurance and technical compliance of fabrics through sampling, testing, and vendor follow-up.
- Own commercial performance including P&L contribution, while maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships.
